  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the hotel services.
  2. The administrator of the personal data contained in the service is the company: P.H.U. “WALDEX” Waldemar Pawlikowski with registered office in Małe Ciche 32B , 34-531 Murzasichle , NIP: 736-111-18-07.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 RODO – General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016:
    • The company will process your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA for the purpose necessary for the performance of the contract (contract for the provision of hotel services) or for taking steps prior to the conclusion of the contract (booking a stay).
    • In accordance with Article 6(1)(c) for the purpose necessary to comply with a legal obligation, e.g. under tax or accounting legislation.
    • Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f), we process personal data for the purposes necessary for the Administrator’s legitimate interests (monitoring of the facility to ensure security, adaptation of services to the requirements of guests, debt recovery).
  4. To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent data from being made available to unauthorised persons. We monitor their implementation and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all kinds of implementing acts and Community legislation.
  5. Personal Data is processed on the basis of the consent given by the User and in cases where the law authorises the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of the law or for the performance of a contract concluded between the parties.
  6. The service performs the functions of obtaining information about the user and their behaviour in the following ways:
    • through the information voluntarily entered on the forms
    • by collecting “cookies”
  7. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
  8. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to process the information contact.
  9. Personal data left on the site will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
  10. The data contained in the form can be accessed by the individual who put it there. The individual also haṡ rights to modify and stop the processing of their data at any time.
  11. We reserve the right to make changes to the privacy policy of the website, which may be influenced by developments in internet technology, possible changes in data protection law and the development of our website. We will inform you of any changes in a visible and understandable manner.
